KAPEL was created to serve you, the person who knows they have something special to share with the world but feel overwhelmed with details and maybe even possibly getting in your own way.
Over the past 15 years of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work for and in organizations that have had very noteworthy mission statements. I’ve had a front row seat watching entrepreneurs work tirelessly to bring their vision to fruition and the challenges they regularly face around planning, communication and execution. Through collaboration partnerships, I’ve found the niche that launched KAPEL. Visionaries love to dream and create and share, but often find the administrative strategy, planning, accountability and check boxing draining. I’ve gotten really good at inheriting vision, asking questions and being that “go to” for the work that slows visionary momentum.
I’m a wife to John, a mom to Nolan and through marriage, parenting, professional experiences and friendships, I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m here to serve others. I find great joy in making places better than when I found them and now realize why my professional experience has led me here and why I had a desire to create KAPEL.
